One of my fish had ich and it spread to another. I treated the tank with Super Ich Plus. The one fish died, but I suspected he would because he looked pretty ill. The other looked like he was just getting the disease.

After only one treatment, the fish is healthy and shows no signs of ich. I treated the tank yesterday, and the directions call for three treatments (one every other day).

Question: do I still treat two more times even though the fish looks like he recovered?

Yes, I would continue the treatment as instructed.

Definitely for as long as it says on the bottle. Personally I'd continue treatment for at least 3 days or so longer as well. Make sure you get all the buggers.

Someone mentioned that aquarium salt might also be helpful. Would this be recommened in addition to the medication? Or, is it an alternative to the medication? Or, is the salt just something that helps the fish heal?

If the ich is gone, then you don't have to add the salt or raise the temperature. But, continue to use the medication as it says on the instructions.
