What plants can i put into a 29 gan aquarium with a 20w full spectrium light 78 degrees and a penguin 350 filter?
 
with only 20w over a 29g tank you'll have to settle for very low light plants like java fern, java moss, anubias, and a few cryptocryne species (wendtii & beckettii).
 
You have he exact same tank as me as far as equipment is concerned. I have dwarf lily, rotala indica, hygrophilia polysperma, red ludwigia, java fern, riccia, cryptocoryne wendtii, brachetti, and water wisteria in mine, and they all grow and look great.
