You do not need dither fish with the yellow labs. In that small tank you can do the following.
1m,3f yellow labs
1m,3 saulosi (males are blue and females tangerreine)
1 albino something
1 cotton cancy pleco

How many labs are there? Labs are generally pretty bold fish that probably would fly to the rocks as soon as you walk into the room. If you do have a problem...the only thing I guess I would suggest in a tank that size is 4 or 5 giant danios (Danio aequipinnatus). They're very active and have a nice green sheen to them.
