Hi,

I'll be setting up a tank in my office. I was thinking of making it very simple, with 1 picasso trigger..

Is a 55 G tank, (3' long) sufficient? or should I look into getting something bigger?

Thanks...

If you start out with a small one, that will work for a very long time. They are fairly slow gorwers, IME. Ours has about doubled in size in one year, but the lion has grown more. The biggest concern will be the front-to-back depth, since that's the limiting factor. When the fish hits about 8-9 inches, you'll need to upgrade.

If depth is the problem, you could probably get a 75 for less than $50 more, and the cost of the additional equipment would probably be very small. They're 4 feet too and, what is it, 4 inches deeper?
