but your best bet is with a fish farmer who breeds them, I'm studying Aquaculture at the moment so I'll try a few people for you and hopefully put up another response here for you in a couple of days.

Sorry to disappoint, but the link I gave you was the only information I had. Additional searching might help you, or contacting a local fisheries biologist. I am not familiar with this family of fish at all.
