I got several pots of each. Can I just take away the platic pot and plant the whole thing together with the rockwool into the subtrate?
How to plant hairgrass & micro-swords

Try to remove the rockwool as gently as you can. Then separate the plants into smaller bunches and plant them spaced out in the substrate.
I tried to do that in this pic, but looking back at it I probably could have thinned the hairgrass into even smaller bunches.
