I posted what i want to put in the tank, but i want to no what evey one else thinks what i should put in and what lighting i should use, what substrate im thinking sand and live rock. Filter system ect..ect

I'm thinking of setting up a 38-gallon marine and had some of the same questions. What are you thinking for a filter so far? I've heard the Aqua C Remora is a good skimmer and have been looking at that. What animals are you going to put in your tank?

I'm sorry I couldn't find what you want to have in your tanks. As far as everything else goes, I can tell you what is in or going to be put into my 30. I used about 90 lbs or so of silica sand from Menards, 30 lbs of LR from Gulf View, 8.5 lbs of base rock, a SeaClone 100 skimmer, a Millenium 200 filter, mostly for moving water, but I can throw carbon in if I need too, and an Aquaclear 201 powerhead. As far as lighting goes, I have an actinic bulb and a full spectrum bulb, both NO, so I can't have anything special, but I should be able to have some algal growth. It's all working good so far, but I definantly would've gotten the Remora skimmer if I had read about how highly rated they are.
