I recently stocked my fully planted 30 gallon cube, filtered with a fluval 204:
7 Rummys
5 marble hatchets
3 spotted corys
3 german blue rams.

When I start to see signs of algae I'll add 5 or so amano shrimp and 5-10 SAE's or otto's.

My concern is the rams. One has established dominance, but he seems a little too pushy for the others. Are they cramped or do I need more?
Can I round out my rummys to an even 10?
Thanks to all for advice and input.

I wouldnt add any more rams. Either see if they pair off and just keep the pair or just keep 1 ram. I think you are pretty well stocked now. I would add the 5 otos and be done. Dont add 5 SAE's! They can get 5-6" and get much too big for your tank.
