My husband did the original aquascaping several months ago. I just got a fresh batch of plants and pulled everything out for a redesign. Only one problem. . . . . . my arms. They apper to be too short for this kind of work. Tank is a 180g , 72l,24d,24h. Diagonal, front top to back bottom is 32". My arm to only 26". All my plants are currenly floating.

Anyone have luck with Aqua Tongs?

I bought a planting tool kit from azgardens that has 11'' tweezers and forceps for the same reason. It was about $60.00, if I remember right.

Go to a local hardware store, not a Home Depot or a Lowes, and see if the have any long tweezers.I went to a local small True Value hardware store and picked up a pair of 12 " tweezers and 12" scissors for $ 3.99 each.It doesn't need to be stainless steel just wipe them down after using them and you'll be fine.I've had mine for a year now and have no rustin what so ever.

Thanks. I'll try the tweezers. I can order them from work from the medical supply company our office uses.

Yes they do. He thinks he is a clown loach.

This is a tongue-in-cheek response, as my wife has SAS (Short Arm Syndrome) as well. Given a 180g tank, and if you're smaller than my wife, you might consider a mask and snorkel....

Just wish I had a tank like yours!
