which filter should I buy

I have a HOT magnum filter right now and it keep blowing bubbles no matter what I do so I,m looking to buy a new filter and Ii was looking at the filstar and hagen brands they both seem to be of the same design so I was wondering if anyone could tell me which might be the better filter for a 29g reef set up any advice and I,d be grateful thanx Dave E
 
Can you get a Sump? if not, you would be better runing a tank with lots of LR, LS and a good skimmer.
 
im no expert im just starting to set up my first reef tank but i came across a filter that looks awsome its called an All Flo Freedom Filter thier web site is Freedomfilter.com you can find a dealer in your area on their website that has them. It is supposed to circulate the water as well as provide skimming, bio, chemical, and mechanical filtration in one unit that fits inside the tank no plumbing
