Well, you would definitely be upgrading tanks, and probably sooner than 2 years.
Huma huma triggers grow very quickly for a short period, then slow down. However, they need a lot of space, since they are very active swimmers. Temperment varies quite a bit, but most are decent community members. The problem is the adult size--a 55 is too narrow front-to-back.
The snowflake will need lots of rock work, or a good cave system to be comfortable. Size wise, it will be okay, but it will contribute a bunch to the bio-load. They tend to be shy, so you will need to pay particular attention during feeding, to make sure it gets enough to eat, especially with a piggy trigger to compete against.
There are certainly some puffers that will be fine in a 55. Look at the sharp nose families. They tend to stay smaller. A porcupine, or dogface will need a much bigger tank as an adult. As with the eel, it may be difficult to make sure a small puffer gets enough to eat in with a trigger.
Tangs won't do well in a short tank. They need lots of swimming room--more than triggers, IME. And, when stressed, are prone to ailments. You could try some of the smaller tangs, but make sure you can provide adequate nutrition for a tang--they are grazers, and single daily feedings can be hard on them. I'd worry about the tang being bullied by the trigger, and hiding all the time. The royals (a very common blue trigger) are not very aggressive, IME, and one bully fish is enough to keep them crammed away in the live rock.
The flame might be a bit small for these tankmates. It's adult size is considerably smaller than the other fish, and it might be bullied and spend a lot of time in hiding. Not the ideal way to enjoy a fish, IMO.
What I would put in a 55:
flame angel
snowflake eel
dwarf puffer
maybe a regal tang, if you can find one that's captive bred.
This would be stable, have a bit of aggressiveness, but not so much that you won't be able to enjoy the character of each fish. You might be able to get away with adding a few inverts (corals, stars, snails) as well, depending on the temperment of the eel and the puffer.
