No, they sell silver arowanas in the US but not the asian ones. Some of the asians have some incredible coloring. They stay a bit smaller too.
i think they are available there, but illegal

I have seen these in the US. My friend has two called "Jardini Arowana" had a debate about whether they were from Australia or Asia. They are about 4" in length and much different from the silver arowana, they don't always stay towards the top.
