I've had my tank running for a little over a year. I recentley treated the tank for ICH, and now the fish seem to have a secondary infectio. would it be ok to treat the secondary infection w/ MAROXY.

I wouldn't start throwing medication is there without first knowing exactly what the infection is.

First, welcome to AC 
We need some more info on your tank to get the whole picture. It would help if you could list tank specs (including all the inhabitants, whether it's FO, FOWLR, a reef, etc) and water parameters, as well as how you treated the ich. Pictures or a detailed description of the secondary infection will help ID the condition so someone can suggest the best way of dealing with it.
