Folks,

I want to add one more aquarium (about 75g) to my lineup. I tried some LFS and Petcos, they are all pretty expensive. I am wondering if an on-line place will be cheaper. Any suggestion on where I can find a bargin on a new aquarium and stand set?

Thanks!

Because of their weight and the associated shipping costs, it's almost never cheaper to buy tanks (esp. glass) online. Used tanks for sale in your newspaper's classified section or on Ebay may be an option...

Garage sale season is coming...they're usually ripe with people ditching tanks...althought a 75 is getting bigger than I normally see...but lots of 55s.

Hey longhorn - there's tanks for sale in our area all the time. Check http://www.craigslist.org/ and the local classifieds. I found my 100 on Craigs List.

And, I have a 55 with stand and hood for sale in SF :)

Thanks for pointing me to this new venue. I had a 55h now and want to try something bigger.
