My first 2 fish are Clown fish.
They have been in the tank for over 2 weeks.

The smaller one has always been slightly tougher than the bigger one.

Today the smaller one has been chasing the big one all around the tank. A then appears the he is biting his fin!!

This happens in periods, some times they get along fine, then all of a sudden he turns into a bully.

Is this natural, or can he harm the bigger clown fish?
Both are eating fine.

First of all How big is your tank? what kind of clownfish? And whenever you have a fish nipping at another fish it can be harmful. Clownfish can be very territorial especially in a smaller tank.

Unless you see one cowering in the corner, I wouldn't worry. There is often a lot of back and forth as the clowns try to figure out who's boss.

Has either one done the vibration dance? That's usually a good sign someone is becoming submissive.

Yeh, the bigger of the clowns is frequently "vibrating"
I wondered what this was! I thought he was having a fit :)

Weird. That's usually a male behavior. Looks like your clowns have their roles reversed. It will be interesting to see how this all works out.
