I have a 100 galloon tank with 3 oscars and a Jack dempsey....They are all currently 5-6 inches......Is adding a 2 inch green terror in the tank a good idea?

No.
3 oscars is enough as it is. Besides a 2 inch GT would be lunch for oscars that big.

depends on the personalities of the fish. i have two little green terrors (1-2 inches) along with a 12 inch pacu, 8 inch red devil, 7 inch jack dempsey, 6" Aztec and some other fish in a 125 gallon. Everyone gets along just fine - i would watch them very carefully if you are to try it though

the 12 inch pacu ignors the GT?? I won't be surprised if the pacu will accidently swollow the GT when feeding
