is a penguin 330 and a fluval 104 (125 gph) too much for a 29 gal tank?
What do you have in the tank? I don't know how much flow you'll get out of your penguin (NJ fan seems to have used them for a while), but your fish may not need that kind of water agitation. So, the filter usually comes down to what kind of fish you're trying to keep...
