I found someone locally who is a huge breeder of many, various cichlids. Pretty decent person and a wealth of information. So I've been able to get started on my 125 gallon, cichlid tank.

Here's a few of the first inhabitants. I'm going to be looking to add some additional cichlids, once I clear out the Pink Gouramis and the pleco. So far, I haven't had any issues with aggression. Infact, the Gouramis and the Cichlids tend to school together.

May as well ask while I'm at it... Any suggestions on tank mates for Electric Blues? (Sciaenochromis Fryeri)

do you have more pics of those fish. They do not look like pure S. fryeri...

They're a hybrid. I'm trying to figure out what their breeding background may be. One of them looks a bit like a cross with a firetail. I'm still trying to get a clear picture of him.

I posted a few additional photos in another thread.

They look an awful lot like psuedotropheus. I'm no expert, but I have kept many psuedos and all the need is a more purple in them to be twins with my last two.
