Not sure about how to solve your problem but you could post the picture on an external hosting site like imageshack or photobucket.
Well the plant is dying, probably because something is lacking. How much light do you have? Are you dosing with any ferts? Co2? The picture is a little hard to tell, but if that is camboma like I think it is, then you picked a version that isn't easy to care for, they are very delicate and if it doesn't have enough lights, nutrients, or clean enough water, it will start to die.
I have a 55gal with 2 24" hoods with the light bulbs that came with it. I have used a product called Plant Gro. It has Iron and trace elements. The funny thing is is that the plate is still producing new starts. Any idea's?? I have found that this is a very delicate plant. I come home from work and there are brocken parts floating around.
it takes too long for people to respond here. There are people who know a lot more about this stuff than I do, but I'm going to guess that you don't have enough light. Camboma needs high light to flourish, and I doubt your stock lights are producing what they need.
