Does a TDS meter read KH?

I have one for my RO unit and was just wondering if the ppm that my TDS meter would read the same as a KH tester.
 
A TDS meter gives Total Dissolved Solids. Some of those dissolved solids are more than likely Carbonates. How much? Somewhere between all and none. A KH test will tell you about the carbonates. Two completely different animals.
 
liquid test can give you very accurate KH if you need it. If you double the amount of water being used, then each drop corresponds to a 1/2 degree of KH. double water volume again, and each drop becomes equivilant to 1/4 of a degree.
