hmm. I think the 3 oscars may actually be pushing it as in the long run, but as far as sociability and tanksize for a bichir that sounds ok. you may have trouble with feeding the bichir with competing with the O's.

oscars and cichlids really aren't my thing, so I'll let someone else chime in on this.
