my globes dont seem to be doing the job, i have a 2 foot reflecter with two 20 watt globes in it, is there anything more powerful?
whats the most powerfull 2 foot globe?

what is a globe? I am assuming a lamp of some sort? Is it a specific type of lamp for us yanks over here in the US?
it is a 2 foot aqau glo... its 20 watt, i want to know if i can get anything with more watts, or is that the maximum wattage for a 2 footer?
I know Coralife has a PC 24" light that is 128 watts
You could probably get a setup with T5's that puts off even more if you have the $$$$

You could also go with a 24" 150watt HQI setup. Or if that is too much, you could go with a 70 watt HQI metal halide. Those are great bulbs for freshwater, if you get the right Kelvin rating.

everything they are talking about will need a whole new setup. i dont think you can get a higher wattage for a 2 foot fixture. you can try a bulb with a different color temperature otherwise you can add another light fixture beind the one you already have.
