I would like some feeedback on :

What veggies to feed m'buna.
Best way to feed the veggies.

They are getting bored with spirulina flake.....perhaps a nice spinach casserole or zucchini surprise??? Cobb salad??

Thanks in advance, from my fish and me.

just a nota on aikido's post... make sure its not iceberg lettuce which has basically no nutritional value.

I've had some labidochromis love the Seaweed Selects. Otherwise they've seem to have enjoyed spinach and sometimes I throw in an algae tablet. Chasing it around for awhile gives them something to do.

there are clips available to hold veggies down.

I would go with spinach, romain and zuccini to start. Peas are good but are a mild fish laxative. IMO I wouldn't go with corn as the nutritional value is very low.

I give my yellow labs romain lettuce a couple times a month, they love it! I steam it for a minute(to soften) then using a rubber band secure it to a rock so it will sink. Keep in mind they will make a mess with lettuce! :D

Thanks for all the good advice! I tried some romaine lettuce on a rock, and , yes, they enjoyed it and made a mess! Zucchini and spinach to follow!
