hey,
firstly i dont think the water conditions would be ideal for kribs
and secondly dont mbunas max out size wise bigger also (kribs are around 3") i'd be worried about the kribs dissappearing one day.........;)

My ph is 8.0 and the water is high on the hardness scale. I know that kribs like up to 7.6, I guess lowering it to this wont affect the mbuna too much. Right now the mbuna (I also have haps) are pretty small, as they start to get big Ill keep an eye on them.
It doesnt seem like the krib likes the menu though... Spirulina and Cichlid pellets. It does like goldfish flake.
Kribs shouldn't really be added to a tank with so many slightly aggressive fish... They should be put stricly with other community fish, seeing as though they are in some ways dwarfs, and delicate...
They don't go for larger cichlid food, such as pellets... I'd go out and buy so Tetramin tropical flakes. They like those. ;)

Yeah... I hear you... now that Im thinking of it I probably should get another tank. So far the semi-aggressive to aggressive guys have been ignoring the krib. They dont even chase him but that will probably change in a few months
