Well my loaches have had white spot for a while, around a week and a half.

I've been treating them but one of them has dissapeared.

I can't find it in my 55g tank, its got a fair few plants and hiding holes but I've checked everywhere.

The biggest fish I have in the tank would be one of my angels, but still I don't think it would have eaten it.

Any suggestions?

What kind of loach? Kuhli's tend to bury themselves in the substrate, and disappear for weeks on end. Other loaches are really good at wedging themselves into the tiniest crevice possible--any wood or decorations with little crannies?

Either it is hiding very well, died and was consumed by the others, or it jumped out and a pet maybe got it?...I once had a half grown volitans lionfish disappear from my old saltwater tank years ago...never found it....it was housed with a dragon moray...either the eel ate it(doubtful), or someone working maintenance in my old apartment complex stole it.

Is it a single clown loach? As in the only clown loach in the tank? Also I've read loaches have to be treated with special medications if they get ich. One's that are safe for loaches and scaless fish.

If it's a single clown loach by itself it maybe be hiding. They are shy fish and like to be kept in a small school. From everything I've read you should keep at least 6 or more. I currently keep 6 and they don't show themselves very often. They hide most of the day unless it's feeding time. Sometimes I think I have the same problem you do. Only to find them hiding in the rocks, or see them out the next day.

have you checked your filters pickup tube? i once had a 4" clown loach disappear for two weeks and found it in the pickup tube of a whisper 5. :(
