all i kno that it an african but i would like to kno what kind?
its blue in colour and it has some faint darker vertical stripes along its body.
any one kno what he is?

i hate african cichlids and i dont knoiw them that well but i think its a MALE KENYI :thm:

Negative... what you have there is likely a Maylandia greshakei:

Or possibly another type of red-top zebra. Its likely a sub-dominant male due to the size but could possibly be a large female. Dominant males go very pale with a bright red dorsal.

I agree. It is definitely not a Kenyi.

it could be a cross-breed. The body suggests a zebra, the color a jeuvenile peacock.
