i have been feeding ocean nutrition/prime reef flake to my yellow tang, coral beauty, sebae clownfish, and humu trigger.
a little bit of sushi nori for the tang and CB.the trigger eats some of the flakes, pieces off the LR ,stuff in the sand, and i have been giving him fresh oysters(he loves them).but i feel like he needs more.he hasnt been acting like a trigger. he kinda just hangs out.
he is just getting over some cloudy eyes.anyway what do i need to get to feed him?my main question is for the fish i have named it would be great for one of you big brains to give me a list for each fish.lol the guy at the LFS said just feed em some flake food every other day(what a tard). so hows aboutta list and routine to follow.this is my first SW tank.
tank yoo vawy vawy much.

oh BTW were can i find some good reads and pics on humu's.?
cant find any .

I can tell ya what I feed all of my tanks (and I have 5 Triggers at the moment- 2 Nigers, 1 Clown, 1 Queen, 1 Huma Rectangle) plus several other types of fish like Wrasses, Pseudos, Gobies, Angels, etc. I feed my fish most of the Ocean Nutrition frozen foods. I feed them Formula One, Formula Two, Trigger Formula, Special Formula VHP (got some fish cheap that had HLLE and never hurts to feed it) and Angel Formula. The best thing I can suggest for you is Ocean Nutrition makes a Variety pack in 7.5ozs and contains Formula One, Formula Two, Prime Reef, Brine Shrimp Plus, Angel Formula, Spiralina Formula, and Special Form VHP. Then in addition I would pick up a 3.5oz package of Trigger Formula and mix it into the mix. This will work great and keep every one extremely healthy. In addition my fish also get dried seaweed, frozen shrimp and scallops (from grocery store) and live brine shrimp. Yes they are a bit spoiled but there is a ton of money invested in the fish I keep so must do everything right. Hope this helps.
