Has anyone used the Spraygee by Python to clean the outside glass? Here's a picture http://www.reptiledirect.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=870

If you have used it is it any good? and also what's a good place online to buy it from?

I have never used it on tank glass(never thought of it), but i have one that looks exactly like it that i got at walmart a few years ago for a couple of bucks, works great for windows and mirrors. I would check their first before buying the python brand one since you are just paying for their name.

Good luck!!

What is it supposed to do? Clean the outside glass of the aquarium?

Yes, I was going to get it cuz I thought the liquid cleaner of it would be cool but if you think about it water does the same thing.

Just use windex and spray it on the papertowel first, NOT THE GLASS/ACRYLIC so that none gets in the aquarium. You can then wipe it down with little concern. The big deal is getting over-spray of these chemicals into the main aquarium, but there is no harm outside, if you are smart and take precautions against over-spray.
