Good-looking ones. But are they safe to house with the betta?

nice looking fish! i like how the betta was curious, they're so cute. khombre, some male bettas are just nice. mine have all been killers, though. i think a select few get lucky.

fishfreak, what size tank is it?

20 gallon tank Plah the two rams snail and betta is the inhabitants. I think I have two males so I shouldnt have to worry about spawning.

nice bolivians :) they're pretty underrated in my opinion.

I've found they are only nippy with other rams ( I have a blue in my tank as well), but not often. once in a while the 2 of them will have a stare-down, then they'll chase each other for abotu 1 minute before they give up and go back to hanging around near the bottom of the tank.

my bolivian scavenges the bottom of the tank for food, so I can't imagine one having a problem with fish who feed near the top.
