what is the best way to bring my tank up to SW over time from 1.015 without stressing my fish? two tablespoons a day? or some other method? I would like a specific gravity of about 1.020-1.021 for two mono argentus, a GSP, and a figure eight. I want to do it properly and acclimate them.

Make the water for each water change you regularly perform .005 stronger each time. For example, for the next water change, instead of mixing it to 1.015, shoot for 1.020. This will dilute out in the main tank, but result in a net increase. Keep using the same level of 1.020 with each water change until the tank maintains that level.
This isn't the way they go in nature, but I think it would be a nice gradual shift for them.
