I personally would use an aqua clear power filter. It's not the best, but IMHO it's the best power filter available and the best would be a skimmer+power heads and a mechanical filter, which is VERY overkill and unnesisary and the fish are only staying in there for approx. a month in most cases. I would advise against a UGF, as you have to use gravel for UGF's and substrate, rocks, etc. will make life easier for ich and similar parasites, which IS NOT something you want to do.

What kind of medicine should be used in QT tank that won't harm to our bio-filter? Can Zeolite be used in our QT tank to sweeping the amonia?

Ultimately it depends on the parasite - in some cases you won't be able to use a med wich doesn't harm the bio-filter. However, for ich, the parasite wich your most likely going to encounter, lowered salinity and freshwater dip(s) should work.

I qualantine my new arrive fish at 1.010 and bring the temperature higher (30-32c") too speed up the life cycle of the ich. I never usued copper in my QT tank because it harmful to my bio-filter. A local medicine call BIO-KNOCK 2 is used to do with ich problems in my new arrive fish.
Can you suggest me what kind of medicine is harmless to bio-filter?

I'd use a sponge filter. That way you can keep a couple of spares hidden in your main tank or sump and they'll be ready to go when ever and they are cheap so you won't feel bad about tossing them after an infestation. They should also have a sufficient population of friendly bacteria after a few days so if you are medicating you can replaice the dead filter with a new one every couple of days.
