Hey guys!
I will post this in all the forums eventually, but I figured that I would come here first. Any freshwater terms you don't know? Any abbreviations we use that are confusing? Let me know...I am working on compiling an AC (Aquaria Central) glossary and would be interested in your input. Version 1.0 should be out by May 1, so get your contributions in now!

Thanks! It's not a new suggestion, but a lot of people come up with it on their own and then abandon it. I figured that it was time to do it if I was going to hang around. If you have any entries for the glossary, LMK (let me know), and I'll put them in!

How about UGF (undergravel filter) ; HOT or HOB (hang on tank/back); LFS (local fish store)

Both, as I have seen many questions on some of the generally accepted internet chatting terms as well. (LOL, RO(T)FL, HTH, etc.)

HITH; WPG (watts per gallon)
My brain is slow tonight, about 3 am I'll wake up and think of a dozen more.

Good calls, Voodoo and Wetman! I'm putting those down. Wetman, if you have any more internet-related acronyms, those are helpful, too. (Remember the HTH/LOL thread? People need those as well! :))
