Use photobucket..it automatically resizes the pics and you can keep them stored there..

You might also want to work on not making them so blurry.

If you have a timer on the camera that works best. Just set it up on a table or something.
 
Lower resolution means lower picture quality, not lower size. What I do is once I get the pic on my computer, I open it with paint, then go to "image" at the top, then "stretch/skew". From there just resize it by percent. I find that 25 percent is about right for mine.
