Is it possible to make your own lighting system instead of buying the expensive systems from the pet stores. i.e. Can you buy materials at Home Depot and make your own? I saw ballasts there for 20 or 30 bucks that seemed to be the same as the $150 ones I saw at pet stores. Just wondering if money could be saved and how difficult it would be......
