Hey ...I have a big problem with my penguin 330. I cant seem to keep it from overflowing no matter what I do. When i take out the bio bags the water level is still high. Can someone give me suggestions on fixing my problem.

It happens to almost everyone's penguin filters, there is no way of fixing it. I know people are going to say to make sure it is straight and that the filter pad is clean, but that does nothing. You will just have to deal with it.

hmmmm.....I never had that problem with mine.....
but sometimes I do have the water come through where the center tube comes out......but like Devil said, (that's when I know it's time)I would suggest to change the filter pads...it always works for me....

When I had my 125, it worked randomly, like, one month, the water would be overflowing, and the next, it would be fine. I didn't do anything different in cleaning so, what can I tell ya? ;)

Try reducing the flow rate with your adjustable valve. Myself, I have a penguin Emperor and never had this problem unless the filter pads were clogged and it was time to change them. Does it happen even with fresh filters as well?
