Old stuff. Not sure if they're complete. Do the sponges on in the containers ? It's basically just strainers atop a container, no apparent spots for airline tubing. How do you use these ? Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks.
Is that circular thing that looks like a colander a feeding gadget that sticks to the tank ?

Are you sure those aren't for housing tubifex(black) worms? The top screened portion would be for lifting the worms out of the container so the water can be changed easier. The feeding ring is for feeding them to your fish without getting them all over the tank.

Ah, that may be so. The guy had cichlids. Do you feed tubifex worms to cichlids ?

The rectangular green thing is a food screen. They sold them in sets with different mesh sizes. You could screen daphia so you could feed the smallest to fry or use them for dry food. Getting things the right size for fry is their main purpose.
The green thing with the blue suction cup is a worm feeding ring- for tubifex or whiteworms.
They could have been using the other screen and cup gadgets for cleaning whiteworms or grindals. Put the worms on top with water in the cup. Put them under a light so the top gets slightly warm and the worms will jump into the water, leaving the dirt and food behind.
Brine Shrimp hatcheries are usually in the form of an inverted cone with an airstone at the bottom. You want the eggs to be in motion, not sitting still in corners. There's one I remember that was shaped like a donut with a small light to provide heat in the center, but they didn't work as well as the airstone ones.
Oh- that bottle thingy- if the bottles were inverted and the long hose above the level of the water they would work as shrimp hatcheries! Maybe they were racked in a small aquarium with a heater to keep them at 80 degrees.
