Hey All!
Good to be back . I have a 7.5", 6yr old Jack thats loosing it's color. Instead of being the normal dark contrast W/ all those spots of blue down it's body and fins,and green around the mouth area now the top third from nose to tail now has black tiger like. blotches on a tan/flesh like color. the blue spot are fading could this be from stress???:confused:
The water's perfect no ammonia,ph@7.0+/- .2 the other fish are just fine a7.5", 2yr old RD & a 10",8yr old Tiger Oscar. I have noticed that the RD has been acting out it's territorial aggressions:eek: but only @ the JD not the TO.
The JD does fight back but is loosing the battle the RD & TO out eats the JD. I feed them jumboMin Food Sticks,and frozen GumDrops in Bloodworms,shrimp brine,& beefheart.;)
I think I'm going to have to get another 55gl to split them up or sell some of my other tanks 1-20gl, 2-30gl to help get a bigger tank which all so means that selling fish or making a community tank from Hell:eek: do you all think these three and a 9" TFB, 10"- BGK, 9.5-CK,11"- VG, 6"- Carapinte, 5"-Jewel,& a 2.5"-Convict could live in harmony in a larger(95gl cornerW/bow frnt? or a 48"x48"x24" 150gl) tank
