Here is a new picture of my 20 gallon long tank. I started it last November and had a bad hair algea outbreak. Since then I've gotten it under control and have only a small amount of "thread" algea that I'm working on.

Thanks to everyone who helped out in the past my tank was a real mess. It looks considerably better now, my Anubias Nanas are even flowering.

My questions is this: My apartment gets much warmer during the summer. Will this increase the fermentation process and the C02 release rate? I have a Nutrafin yeast CO2 system.

FYI: tank paramaters are 55 watts, flourite substrate, 79 degrees, ph 7.2, Kh 4.4 dh, nitrate ~20, and C02 ~8.5 (I know the CO2 is too low).

Really nice looking tank. Yes you'll notice a slight increase in warmer room temp, but nothing dramatic, and your out put is really low anyway so a slight increase will be good for the plants.
Now a question. Can you get us a close-up of that plant in the lower right corner of the tank? I can't make out what kind it is, but it almost looks like a Jade Plant. I'd appreciate seeing it up close.

Thanks everyone :)

nvision: the Flourite is Seachem. At the store I bought it they had two colours red and reddish-brown. I got the reddish-brown colour, much more natural looking. You can find it on their website: www.seachem.com/

djlen: I think it's the Dwarf Hygrophila you're looking at. A Jade plant wouldn't survive immersed, would it? :D

Here's a close up:
