Can anyone ID this plant?

No Idea! But I could check my plant book tonight and see if anything like it is in there.

It certainly does look to be E. parviflorus var 'Tropica.' Don't be surprised if it changes in appearance. It seems to take on very different shapes/colors under different conditions. I've seen ones that looked very tiny and bright-green, while the one in my lower-light tank has the color of cyano and slightly elongate leaves. The one in the photo may be emersed growth, in which case, those leaves will die off while new leaves grow out. Great plant and *loves* a little piece of Jobe's at the roots, if you can find either "for palms and ferns" or "for beautiful houseplants." I have one of mine in a small terra-cotta pot, now, because last time I had to uproot it, the roots had extended across the whole tank (2.5-gallon tank) and I had to re-plant everything else. Like any sword plant, make sure you have it planted where you intend to keep it permanently.
