plants in o tank

i think just about all plants would be destroyed with the acception of floating or attached to driftwood plants such as hornwart or java moss.

I have large 24" plants in my O tank, and two 6-8" O's that don't bother with the plants. I've had the O's since they were around 3-4" in that tank with the plants, so maybe that had something to do with it?
