Need some help in finding the right light for my tank, just started curing my rock and filtering my tank.

Can anyone give me some suggestions about the right light and fish to start with? I do want to go with a cleaning crew for the tank and start setting up for a reef. what fish will be compatible for this type of set-up.

37 gallon
Aquaclear 110 filter
Seaclone 100 Skimmer with Pump
Aquaclear 200 watt heater
KADAVU Live ROCK 45 LB

Well, it depends on what you like. As far as the light goes it depends on what sort of critters you want to grow. In a tank of that size IMHO you will do much better if you add a few smaller fish vs one medium etc. If you could give us some idea of what you want it would really help us give you things that would be compatable etc.
WELCOME TO AC!

I was thinking on something like a flame angel and a clown to start and maybe a longnose hawfish. Will they give shrimp/snail/ crabs a problem?

It won't hurt the snails, or hermits IME but, shrimp are one of it's favorite things to eat. Just adding a couple of compatable tanks mates for you to look into
bicolor blenny
pajama/bangaii cardinals
chromis
possum wrasse.
All the above stay pretty small and are good natured. I'm sure some of the rest of the crew will add some more for you.
Again welcome to A.C.
