(sorry for my english)

i found a couple of day before a kind of little worm in my glass of the aquarium. My molly balloon is losing part of his lateral fin. He has some litlle white spot. My clown pleco is also have little white spot !!!

I dont know what to do, i put medication and a flukes and fish lice remover

Is it real that we have to remove the coal filter ???

Don't worry. If it's crawling on the glass, it's probably just a flatworm, eating algae and detritus.

This is fin rot. It's probably a secondary infection, either bacterial or fungal. The primary problem may be ectoparasites.

He has some little white spot. My clown pleco is also have little white spot !!!

This is Ichthyophthirius. Medicate with formalin/malachite green. This will eliminate the ectoparasites too.
