Water Cow?

My LFS apperently had a "Water Cow" for sale. I didn't see it myself but my friend saw it. He said it looked like a freshwater manatee. It was about a foot long and they didn't have a price on it. I was wondering if anyone has heard about these or has any info. I tryed a google search and didnt find anything.

Google apparently doesn't have it cached anymore either. I'll see if it's in my temporary internet files.
