PMDD Question - where to get...

Can anyone tell me where I can find hydrated Epsom Salts (MgSO4 + 7H2O) that the PMDD recipe calls for?

I've never seen a hydrated form anywhere.

If they don't actually sell it hydrated, how do you make it hydrated (what's the water/MgSO4 ratio)?

I never heard of the Hydrated Epsom Salts. I think they just mean plain old epsom salt. That's what I"m using and what I see on most websites.

This is directly from The Krib (http://www.thekrib.com/Plants/Fertilizer/pmdd-tim.html): MgSO4 is available from drug stores as Epsom Salts. $2 buys plenty. Note it's hydrated (the form PMDD calls for) so it's labeled MgSO4 + 7H2O.
