I set up a 55 gallon fish tank in the last week of December. The first 3 days i had water in the tank it was crystal clear with the filter on and air bubbler on, tank setup and everything. 2 days before i put fish in the tank it became cloudy/hazy and has been that way ever since, i have been doing partial water changes of about 15-20% once a week or so, I have maintained a proper ph, ammonia and nitrates are both good, and the fish in there now are doing just fine. When can i expect my tank to clear?

I'd expect it to clear in less than a week assuming its a bacterial bloom which considering its a new aquarium it probably is. Keep in mind with fish in the aquarium you need to keep ammonia and nitrite near 0 and nitrate below 40 ppm though 10 ppm would be better.
right now my nitrate No 3 is at 20 and the NO 2 is at 0, using the Mardel 5 in 1 test kit. looking into getting something more accurate. Ammonia level is safe according my live ammonia tester inside the tank
