they are so awsome flowerhorns they will attack any thing you put them with keep him as long as posible there great fish and good for the hobby not like most other hybrids

While I'll certainly agree that it is a stunning fish.
I can't agree that it is good for the hobby. No hybrid is good for the hobby.

Without opening a pandoras box here. Anyone who has fish cross breed should be using the brood as feeders. Hybrids are a plague to the hobby. Anytime any of my 2 fish species breed. The fry take a swim in the big tank. No exceptions.

The flowerhorn is no different. A trimac is just as nice and is not some genetic mutant that the flowerhorn is.

Also I agree no hybrid is good for the hobby it taints the pure strands of other fish. Now its hard to find a true trimac its rediculous. The only place online you could find a true trimac for sure is tangledupincichlids from Jeff Rapps other places are not to honest about there fish. All hybrids should be placed aside and the the fry that are hybrids hould be used for what they are good for feeders. They do nothing but mess up the pure fish out there.

But yeah nice flowerhorn man. Post more pics. Im not attacking you and your fish attacking the other dude. Nice fish though.

No, just regular Hikari Pellets.
