Looks like Rotala rotundifolia (indica) grown under low light.

That is what I wanted it to be, I hope so I did not know the name of the plant (I got it today) but went off one I had seen on a picture on here that I liked since then i've looked up the persons website and that plant name is the one they have in their tank.. so I hope you're right.. :)
All my plants I buy are kinda brown when I buy them but they pick up really quickly I'm hoping the same for this one.

I agree that it is a Rotundifolia, narrow leaf. Also comes with a round leaf.

the leaf is round when emmersed growth, but submersed it is think like this, and longer in lower light. This is indeed rotundifolia.
