I'm seeing what looks like REAL tiny white colored bugs that look like ants walking around very fast on my rock. Anyone know what they might be?

Pods. There are many varieties--copopods, amphipods, etc. Beneficial little crustaceans that are in every healthy tank, though you might not see them during the day. Many reef fish eat them.
