Anacharis is looseing leaves but shoots look good?

My Anacharis' leaves are looking like someone beat them with an ugly stick, they appear to be falling off and are a mangled mess. But when i checked my new cuttings (shoots grew and i cut and replanted) they look great. Everything in the tank checks out to be normal. Is this normal for the leaves? I'm very new to the planted tank. This is my first tank to be fully planted.

When did you fist plant your anacharis? If everything (light, co2, nutrients, fish) check out, then it just be shock to the plant that caused it to lose its old leaves. If new leaves are growing, then your plant should be a'ok.

Isn't Anacharis more of a coler water (60's F) species?
