Diatoms,diatoms

Hi guys!

can you confirm if its diatoms or some kind of algae, and if so how long usually it takes for it to disappear? its been more that two weeks now....its been growing in my annubias leaves, amazon sword and the worst is in my wisteria....even in in the new annubias leaves these things are growing....
BTW its not a new tank its running for close to six months now

How do i kill/remove/ it? i have two siamese algae eater, do i need to add more? do i need to increase my excel dosing?
